Made for dear friends.
I have an unusual heart shaped die, which I used twice, once in white card and then again in purple. I drew around the white cut piece on the card blank so that I knew where to place the purple pieces. I used foam pads to mount the white card over the purple stripes.
We supported our friend at their dance exam. I made a box card to celebrate their achievement.
Dies used: Sizzix thinlits plus, Card, Diorama Gatefold #660845; the dancers are from the Xcut Build a Scene Ballroom #XCU503125 and a star punch.
Flamingos are still very much on trend (thank goodness).
This cool fella makes for the perfect birthday card. I had a lot of fun making this card.
I needed a card to cover more that one sentiment: get well, thinking of you, take care . . . . you get the idea.
I came up with the idea of a tea themed card, after all, a cup of tea is a good pick me up.
